a trophy whitetail deer but have the opportunity and may

Iowa Whitetail Deer Hunting Season with
Jones Creek Outfitters
The
Iowa Whitetail Deer hunting archery season begins Oct 1
and runs through Jan 10. Iowa Whitetail deer hunting shotgun
season one: always opens the first Saturday in December
with the second Iowa Whitetail hunting shotgun season opening
the following Saturday. The late Iowa Whitetail Deer hunting
muzzle loader season opens the middle of December and runs
thru January 10. Each whitetail deer hunting season offers
a little different hunting opportunity. Most whitetail deer
hunts will be 5-days. Whitetail deer hunters from out of
state will be required to draw a tag from the Iowa DNR.
Apply early on line for your Iowa Whitetail Deer or your
Iowa Turkey hunting tag at www.iowadnr.com or call 1-800-367-1188.
The drawing for whitetail deer hunting tags is in June.
You must apply between May- June, as deer hunting tags can
not be purchased unless you draw during this time frame.
We can assist you in the application process for whitetail
deer hunting if needed. We will book your whitetail deer
hunt with a $1000 deposit with the balance due upon arrival.
We book based upon a first come first serve system. We are
located in Zone 4 and most deer hunting will occur in this
Zone. In addition we whitetail deer guide on farms in Zone
5.

Lodging and Seasons
Whitetail
Deer hunting and Turkey hunting Lodging will be provided
on the farm in our 1600 square foot cabin. Clean, dry, and
comfortable lodging with showers and good meals. The turkey
hunting season is April and May the spring turkey hunting
season is an excellent turkey hunt with many mature turkeys.
November is also a good time to duck hunt migrating mallards.
This Hunt is a duck hunt/goose hunt combination on private
ground. You can also have the opportunity to do Iowa pheasant
hunting. We are Iowa hunting guides who have set up our
Iowa hunting guide business to provide good quality Deer
hunts, turkey hunts, duck hunts, goose hunts and pheasant
